Highlight 01

A realtor who knows accessibility firsthand.

Ryan is a licensed realtor and a wheelchair user, and accessible housing is the center of his business. We designed a site that speaks directly to buyers and sellers with accessibility needs and shows why he’s the right person to help them in South Florida.

Highlight 02

Built in Bricks, ready to grow.

Bricks gave full control over layout, performance and responsive behavior. Global styles keep the brand consistent, the page structure supports accessibility and SEO, and dynamic elements make content updates simple. Forms, the mobile menu and spacing were all custom, with no heavy theme underneath, so the site loads fast and stays easy to maintain.

Highlight 03

Designed for phones first.

Most home buyers start their search on a phone, so the site was designed for small screens from the beginning. Spacing, font sizes and the order of content were tuned so people can find what they need quickly without wading through clutter.

Highlight 04

Copy that sounds like Ryan.

The copy skips generic industry language. It’s straightforward and warm, and it presents Ryan as both an expert and an advocate. It speaks directly to people who usually get left out of housing conversations, especially those looking for homes that meet accessibility needs.

Goal

Lead with trust and accessibility

Ryan is a realtor and a wheelchair user, and his business focuses on accessible housing. The site needed to say that clearly, feel approachable to any buyer or seller in South Florida, and avoid sounding clinical. It also had to work well on phones and leave room to grow.

Approach

Built around Ryan’s own voice

I built a lightweight custom layout in Bricks with no bloated plugins or prebuilt templates. Ryan and I worked on the copy together so it sounds like him, without the usual real estate buzzwords. Color, type, spacing and form structure were all chosen with accessibility in mind, for people dealing with real housing challenges.

Results

Ready to grow with the business

A fast, lean site that reflects Ryan’s values and is ready for what’s next:

  • Mobile-first, responsive design
  • A custom Bricks layout that’s easy to extend
  • Clear, inclusive copy about accessible housing
  • Brand colors and type that meet contrast requirements
  • Simple navigation with short paths to contact
  • A structure ready for property listings later
