Process
How a PixelSlasher project runs.
Five steps, the same every time, so you always know what's happening, what's next and what I need from you.
01
Brief
A call about your business, customers, competitors and what isn't working. I'll ask awkward questions. Afterwards you get a written summary and a proposal with scope and timeline.
You get
- Discovery summary
- Itemized proposal
- Project timeline
02
Blueprint
Before any visuals: sitemap, page-by-page content plan, search targets and the one action each page should drive.
You get
- Sitemap
- Content plan
- Search targets
03
Design system
Color, type, spacing and components defined as tokens, then real page designs built from them. You review on real screens, not a PDF.
You get
- Design tokens
- Key page designs
- Two rounds of revisions
04
Build
Hand-built in Bricks, then tested with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom and real phones. Content goes in, metadata gets written and redirects get mapped.
You get
- Staging site
- Accessibility and speed checks
- Redirect map
05
Launch & maintenance
Go-live, Search Console, analytics and a recorded walkthrough for your team. Then a maintenance plan if you want one, so the site stays fast and secure.
You get
- Launch checklist
- Training walkthrough
- Optional maintenance plan
Your part
What I need from you.
- Your goals, and a straight answer about what isn’t working
- Access to your current site, domain and hosting
- Logo files, photos and any brand guidelines
- Feedback at each checkpoint, within a few days
